Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • It must be in the original packaging with tags intact

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.


2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.


3. Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 Days from return received.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note: bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or variant, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, contact us at support@dailyclove.in within 1 day of delivery.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 1 DAY of delivery at support@dailyclove.in

  • Include photos or videos of the issue
    We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


8. How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting photos (if applicable)
