Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- It must be in the original packaging with tags intact
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required
Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.
2. Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.
3. Refund Process & Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3 Days from return received.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please note: bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or variant, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, contact us at support@dailyclove.in within 1 day of delivery.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 1 DAY of delivery at support@dailyclove.in
- Include photos or videos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect
- In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. How to Initiate a Return

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Supporting photos (if applicable)
